there are several bits that seem acquired:

a few refs along the way

• "but ordered into exile, and `Abdu'l-Bahá then eight joined his father" -> but ordered into exile and most of the family decided to go along - Abdu'l-Baha was just eight years old...."

• "When Bahá'u'lláh secretly secluded himself " - after a year of difficulties Baha'u'llah absented himself rather than continue to face..."

• "clung for support"? I've not checked the source but that seems odd phrasing.

• "reading the writings of the Báb, wrote commentary on Qur'anic verses and conversed with the learned of the city" - need to quantify that in that at 10/11 yrs old this fits somehow.

• "news of a personage in the mountains" - "news of an aesthetic carrying on discourses with local sufi leaders (see Ode to the Dove[1], [2], [3]) that seemed to possibly be Baha'u'llah..." see Bahá’u’lláh#Kurdistan for characterizations and timeline

• fathers secretary and protected his father from many of the attacks of his enemies" - need examples

• " seventeen at the time" we jumped 7 years in three sentences and he went from clinging to defending his father....

• "young adult" - I think 17 would be man in the times - perhaps move the sentences on growth earlier

• something about the rising position of the Baha'is after the return of Baha'u'llah and Abdu'l-Baha's role....

• this may come up later but seems like there should be mention of Secret of Divine Civilization (1875)
