As a reader:

• Wikipedia:Featured articles: Wikipedia's best articles, which have been through a thorough review and vote process.
• Wikipedia:Featured pictures: The best images, photos and diagrams.
• Wikipedia:Categories: if you pick an article, say the Codex Calixtinus you said you were looking at, and scroll down to the bottom, you will see that it belongs to Category:Bible versions and translations and Category:Illuminated manuscripts. Click on either of these to find a list of other articles in the same category. You can now go up a level (click on the categories at the bottom), or down (click on a sub-category).
• Special:Random: click on this to go to a random article (out of over 1 million)

Whoa. Please stop. I see that you have created six articles, all with the same content. To begin with, if you want to make sure that articles with similar names go to the same place, the way to do it is create one article, and create redirections to that article. There are two other things: first, I think I might be right in saying that the Dr Lashbrook of this series of articles is your husband? If so, then this might be covered under Wikipedia's rules governing autobiography, which prohibits people writing articles about themselves, or companies they own. The final thing is that Wikipedia has rules concerning notability, which the relate to the importance of the subject of articles. I have no feel for the last one yet, so I can't comment on this. Hello again. First of all, welcome to Wikipedia! Secondly, as regard the chain of articles you created earlier, I can tell you that an administrator (not me, I'm just a rank-and-file editor) has removed them as they were duplicates. The one that's left is George Lynn Lashbrook. Another thing to be aware of is that Wikipedia has rules about writing articles about ourselves, or companies we own, or (in this case) a close relative. This is because it is very difficult to be objective and neutral when writing about something that is close to us. It also has rules against creating articles for the purposes of promoting a company, an individual, or a product. You should understand that the two articles you did create will probably be examined by a number of editors to see if they should stand. Wikipedia might be open to everyone to edit, but it is first and foremost – in fact pretty much wholly – an encylopedia. In other words, what goes into Wikipedia is only what one might expect to find in a more conventional encyclopedia, were it big enough. There's a good article giving guidance at WP:NOT. I hope I haven't put you off, but in general it is best to start with smaller edits to existing articles rather than create articles only to see them removed. --BillC 19:14, 2 April 2006 (UTC)
