You recently made a number of excisions which you thought improved compliance with WP:NPOV.

Could you please explain more fully how this passage does not comply with WP:NPOV?

Wilkins seemed unfamiliar with The Monterey Accord, which Canadian politicians had assured Canadians would preclude a repeat of Arar's rendition and torture.

The Canadian government has publicly apologized for the wrongful detention and treatment of Arar and paid him $10 million in compensation.

It has been a while since I've logged in so I appologize for the greatly delayed response. It seems to me that a lot of that entry has more to do with rendition than it does with Wilkins. As such, those aspects should be included in an article on rendeition but only need a brief reference under the Wilkins article with a link to the rendition article. User:Little Moose
