Can I ask who you reported him to as I wish to report his edit warring tenancies on City of Derry Airport. A united front against these kind of editors is only a good thing...--NorthernCounties (talk) 17:58, 13 September 2010 (UTC)

Hi Lithistman, Can we discuss my blocking. I made a change to Mick McCarthy and also City of Derry Airport. I am not sure how to make a change with out getting blocked. I did raise discussions on the various pages but some of the people who blocked me didnt enter the conversation. I am new to wiki but it is frustrating when fact is ignored over general consensus on certain issues.Factocop (talk) 10:41, 15 September 2010 (UTC)

  • The main problem is that you don't seem to want to understand how sports nationality works on Wikipedia. And, when people don't accede to your view, you can not just keep making the change because you think you're "right." If you keep acting like that, you're not going to have a very pleasant time here. You need to work with the other editors, not against them. Lithistman (talk) 18:17, 15 September 2010 (UTC)

It is very difficult to work with other editors when they do not wish to engage in the discussion. I have set up discussions on any of the edits I have made but those who have made reverts can't actually present a reason for the revert.Shame!Factocop (talk) 08:45, 17 September 2010 (UTC)

  • That's just not true. Reasons have been presented. You just don't agree with them, so you pretend like people haven't explained to you their reasoning. Lithistman (talk) 17:04, 17 September 2010 (UTC)
You've hit the nail on the head here --NorthernCounties (talk) 13:29, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Re: your question

Yes indef blocked accounts may edit their pages - only in extreme cases do we disallow talk page access. Unfortunately this looks like it is one of those--Cailil talk 19:14, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

  • Oh, okay. Thanks for clearing that up. Lithistman (talk) 00:07, 28 September 2010 (UTC)

Christine O'Donnell Page

Hi. I see you removed the edit I added to the Christine O'Donnell page. While I admit pointing out her comment on "mice with human brains" is incredibly unflattering, I'm not sure how this counts as vandalism. She did make this comment. The video clip of her saying this on The O'Reilly Factor in 2007 is easily found on the web. To avoid a petty back and forth, I won't repost the comment, however I would like it if you explained to me how this was vandalism. --Potentialwell (talk) 19:37, 21 September 2010 (UTC)

  • It seemed like it was something made up out of whole cloth. If it was not, I apologize for labeling it vandalism. However, it's trivial, and doesn't really belong in the article, so thank you for not attempting to reinsert it. Lithistman (talk) 00:23, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
