Hi edit

About the nav bar that you wanted me to make. Sorry, I don't really know how to make those very well. What do you want me to teach you about userpage design? RuneWiki777 13:59, 14 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Oh and I don't know how to upload gif. pictures. I been trying to figure that out myself too.

Nav bar edit

If you see one you like, what you do is copy the formatting to a sandbox page like User:Lirdoco/Sandbox then modify it to suit your needs. Where the navbar is a template like Wikipedia:School and university projects/ITESM Campus Toluca/Navigation bar you need to copy the information from that page.

For images it depends on the image if its a photograph then it better to upload them in jpg format. see WP:IMAGE for more detail, if its one you've taken then uploaded the image to Wikimedia Commons. Gnangarra 14:12, 14 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Page we are going to modify edit

hello mentors we want to help wikipedia with the article Pemexgate, we think it needs more information. We have already looked at it but we would like you to look at it and to tell us if it needs more correctoins

Pemexgate was a political scandal in Mexico that occurred during the presidency of Vicente Fox (2000-2006). [edit] Event This entire problem started in 2000 when Raúl Muñoz Leos, director of PEMEX during the presidency of Vicente Fox, promised a restructuration that would save three million USD of unnecessary expenses. For the surprise of anyone, profits acquired where too much (one hundred and ninety seven millions of dollars). Here is where the problem started because they begun to use the money in illegal things. It is important to mention that administrative environment of PEMEX was very foul because there where monopoly, no real actionist, a powerful syndicate, and a complex structure not revealed to the general public.([1]) In 2001 it was discovered that funds from the union of workers of PEMEX, the national oil company, were misdirected to support the campaign of Francisco Labastida, candidate for the Institutional Revolutionary Party in the year 2000. Those thought responsible were not convicted although the party was fined for MXN $1,000 million (about 90 million United States dollars). The press gave it the name 'pemexgate', a portmanteau of PEMEX and Watergate. Beside this, In 2004 Raúl Muñoz Leos signed an agreement in an illegal way with the Syndical of Petrol Workers of Mexico. This agreement forced PEMEX to give almost 8 millions pesos to the Syndical of Petrol Workers of Mexico. According to Raul Muñoz, Carlos Romero Deschamps, leader of the syndicate, forced him to sign this agreement. [2]) In 2001 investigations started and after a large process, the government declared that Pemexgate was not a matter of Money washing or organized delinquency. Because of this, many people was declared innocent but some of them where declared responsible for electoral fraud and illegal exercise of the public service. People declared as innocents From PEMEX - Rogelio Montemayor (ex director of the administrative corporative) - Carlos Juaristi Septien (ex director of the financial corporative) - Julio Pindter Gonzalez (subdirector of labor relations) From Syndicate - Carlos Romero Deschamps (leader of the syndicate) - Ricardo Aldana (syndicate member) - Jesus Olvera Mendez (syndicate member) It is important to mention that this three men where declared innocents from money washing and organized delinquency, but they were accused of electoral fraud and illegal exercise of the public service. From PRI - Carlos Aldama (ex secretary of elections) - Jorge Cardenas Elizondo (ex secretary of financial department)

- Alonso Breton Figueroa (sub secretary of financial department)

- Joel Hortiales Pacheco (ex technical secretary of financial department) It is important to mention that this four men were collaborators of Francisco Labastida. They were declared innocents from money washing and organized delinquency, but they were accused of electoral fraud. [3])
