Hi LP Protector

edit

I see we have many things in common:

Oh, and about making a link to your page: you must put User: before typing your nickname like User:Linkin Park Protector instead of Linkin Park Protector. Or better yet put it like this [ [User:Linkin Park Protector|Linkin Park Protector] ]

hey, I wasd just wondering how dave got the nickane "Phoenix" do you know?

You requested an unblock. The IP address you were using, 150.176.227.130, was blocked for a few months due to persistent abuse from that school, with a request that a sysadmin email Hall Monitor. Please have one of your college's sysadmins do so. Stifle (talk) 21:27, 29 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

response on blocked IP

edit

Thank you. I would talk to the sysadmin, but I'm at a high school, and our internet is operated by an incompetent di'kut who doesn't care about Wikipedia, and would not do anything about it. This has happened before. Is there any chance that a system could be implemented in which logged-in users can edit, even from blocked IP's, unless their acccount has also been blocked? I've also had this problem at my public library as well as several other places. Thank you. Linkin Park Protector 14:07, 14 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I do not have much technical knowledge, but I do know that there was recently (two or three weeks ago) an option added to prohibit anons only from editing when you block an IP. If you could specify the IPs in question, there is a possibility that the blocks could have this option added. If you need to know more about technical issues, please consult a developer.
