Brad Anderson

edit

Thank you for removing information regarding Brad Anderson from the encyclopedia, especially the article Brad Anderson (cross country runner). If you come across an article like that again, please use one of the deletion processes discussed at Wikipedia:Deletion policy, as this removes the article completely from the site rather than leaving a blank page. Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions, mattbr30 14:05, 29 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Indoor Football

edit

It is unfair to use the 'Indoor football' article for either American Football or 'Soccer'. I'm merely being fair. Would you prefer I'd changed it to refer to what /I/ think of when I think of Indoor Football?

NFL Europa

edit

NFL Europe was renamed NFL Europa as of the upcoming season. Milchama 14:20, 15 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Not a problem, I thought it was a typo too the first time I saw it. Milchama 17:13, 15 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Talk pages

edit

Regarding this reversion, I think you misunderstand. Removing irrelevant chat from an article talk page is absolutely allowed per Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines and Wikipedia:Refactoring talk pages. A quotation from WP:TPG: "Talk pages are not for general conversation. Keep discussions on the topic of how to improve the associated article. Irrelevant discussions are subject to removal." (Emphasis mine.) I don't see any value to the unsigned, irrelevant chat I removed. Do you? Powers T 17:41, 17 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
