AlienBoomBox
editAlienBoomBox is a website that aspires to create an online music player. It's founders originally were involved in the Nightingale fork that broke off of Songbird. But when Nightingale's server crashed and most all of the forums data was destroyed around May 15th, ElectricPrism and LightShow decided to break off of the project and create what is now AlienBoomBox. They are currently working together to grow the community of Alien and start the development of an online player which aspires to rock the online music player world with a number of new innovative ideas.
AlienBoomBox was founded on May 22, 2010 by LightShow and ElectricPrism. Though they are relatively new they have been making rapid progress and recently released four screenshots for the player, a logo, and a program installer that is just in the beginnings of development.
I will be editing this to follow Alien's progress and keep everyone posted. The below links will take you to the AlienBoomBox website and the Alien forums. :)
Speedy deletion nomination of Alienboombox

A tag has been placed on Alienboombox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles you created, as you did with Alienboombox. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please do the following:
