Angelina Jolie ancestry

edit

Hi, you recently introduced an alleged Czech-German ancestry into her article, but only provided a very unlikely source, a NY Times article from 1944. I removed the info for now, but maybe that's a typo, or you can clear this up otherwise. You can also leave an explanation on the articles talk page. -- EnemyOfTheState 16:41, 21 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

D. James Kennedy

edit

Hi! In light of your posts to various parts of Wiki re editing/references on the article on D. James Kennedy, we started a discussion there between you and the anon editor re the issues in dispute. I see in light of that discussion and particularly on WP:RS, your edit record since your last input to the discussion seems to suggest you have taken the points you raised to be debated within the article on Dominionism. It would therefore seem that until the discussion at the article on Dominionism is resolved, that the NPOV tag on the article on D. James Kennedy is presently inappropriate/not required. I will wait a while until I remove the tag, or hear further from you. If you need any help or guidance on other issues here/policies/editing, please just ask or leave me a message. Best Regards, --Trident13 14:39, 2 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi LC,

I'm the other guy who periodically visits the JIES page to see what's written on it. Recently someone undid your edit where you cut out all that nonsense about Pearson and what not. I agree with your stance and undid the undoing so to speak. Just making you aware of it in case this was you from a different locale. Please if you care though, could you post something here saying that you agree or disagree with my actions and let me know through the JIES discussion's article page (I suspect the person who undid your revision may have been one of the former editors though I could be wrong). Thanks.

Legion for the Survival of Freedom

edit

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Legion for the Survival of Freedom, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
