Image question

Hi Lewis. I'm a little confused by this image, as it appears to be exactly the same as this image. It is conceivable that 'Gigglejuice' and you are one and the same person, however, if you are then the licence on the flickr photo needs to be changed to be the same as the licence on the commons photo. If you are not Gigglejuice, then the photo on the commons needs to be deleted as the licence given on flickr is not a licence that can be used here. I've deleted the above image and a couple of others. I'm assuming that you didn't knowingly plagiarise but please be more careful with copyrights in the future. In particular you should only use the 'self' copyright tags on photographs if you were the photographer that took the photo. —Jeremy (talk) 20:28, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
