Hi, based on the information on the talk page of this article, it looks like you two might be the same person. If I could ask you go to to your flickr page and change the license information to cc-by-sa, this would help. Otherwise, for now, I have listed the image at WP:CP, and it will probably be deleted within a week or so. Please feel free to reupload it if you have been able to change the licensing on that page.
