Images edit

Please stop adding images to List of major Konoha teams. There has recently been an image use controversy going on, and it is preferred that the images stay off the page until all issues are settled. You Can't Review Me!!! 21:48, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Ino.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Ino.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 21:52, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Ino.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Ino.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. September 2007 edit

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of major Konoha teams. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 21:55, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Please note that you have broken WP:3RR, and a report has been filed at WP:AN3RR. If you have read the edit summaries that people who have been reverting your edits have been providing, then you would know that the images were removed on a fair-use violation, and we are waiting until consensus is reached before readding images. I responded to your question about this issue here. --CBD 00:06, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re:Deletion edit

Such an option does not exist. If you wish to stop editing permanently, then simply do so. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 00:57, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

That is fine so long as you do not edit from your old account. However, note that if you are blocked for any duration of time on your old account, and you use your new account to edit, then you are in violation of WP:SOCK, and a block of indefinite length may be placed on all of your accounts. Due to the current report at WP:AN3RR, this may be the case. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 01:08, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
Also, when you post on a talk page, please sign your post with four tildes (~~~~), as it automatically displays your signature and the time you posted after your comment. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 01:11, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Lee. I noticed this discussion in one of my many instances of boredom, and I think I have something that might help. Since you are not blocked, you may start a new account as you had planned to do. However, please place the following template on your user page, so that nobody will confuse your second account for a sockpuppet:

{{doppelganger|}}

Copy and paste it exactly as it appears, then place your new username to the right of the vertical line immediately before the close brackets. The result should look like this, albeit with your usernames rather than mine. Hope that helps. Regards, You Can't Review Me!!! 01:18, 5 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re:Help edit

You can participate in current articles for deletion (read WP:N, WP:V, and WP:ATA), current requests for adminship (read WP:AAAD), current featured article and featured list candidates (read WP:WIAFA and WP:WIAFL respectively), assess articles for good article status (read WP:WIAGA), or participate in discussions on policy or current proposals. You are also free to join whatever relevant WikiProject that covers the articles you commonly edit. For the Naruto articles, that is WP:ANIME. Have fun! Re:Images edit

There is nothing you can do about them. However, you should have the files on your computer, and thus can upload them should they become necessary. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 05:58, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
