Great job on adding new sections to the article. I'm glad you included a section on signaling effect since its relevant to know the means by which endocrine hormones make their way to their target to cause an effect. Also, nice addition of links to other Wikipedia article on the signaling effects and the discovery which reduces redundancy.

• Main Contribution:

Some of the essential points in the chemical classes added has brought clarification to the properties of these hormones and how those properties relate to their transport and function. I would like to see more information on vertebrate hormone classes to see if there are any hormones that are shared among different vertebrate organism. Also, have you thought of adding a section connecting the hormones and the various disorders associated with them? I think you are doing great work with the general structure of the article. Keep up with the good work
