I've restored the article on the Azuero Earth Project to your userspace at User:Lazaks/Azuero Earth Project. As soon as I'm done writing this, I'm going to delete the hangon note you put in article space at Talk:Azuero Earth Project; that only works before the article is deleted. You can address the concerns the deleting admin had while it's in your user space, and then move it back when it's ready. If (after reading the links in the notices above, of course!) you still don't think it should have been deleted, please first discuss with the deleting admin (User:NawlinWiki), and if you still disagree, please go to WP:DRV. I'm sorry, scratch that; you took text from http://azueroearthproject.org/aep/?page_id=336/ ; you can't do that without permission, it's a copyright infringement. If you believe you can write an article on this subject that meets the notability criteria, please start from scratch, and write it in your own words.
