- No, the summary being too long is not up for you to decide; it is, after all, a collaborative effort. But, if collaborators think it's too long, it's unwise to jump in and make it longer. Hopefully, you've looked into policies like WP:PLOTSUM before going against the grain. --Midnightdreary (talk) 20:15, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
What I said is that plot summary length is NOT for me to decide. I then added my rationale for so doing in my last entry in "The Dutch Ship?" thread. If other editors, moderators, or whomever don't think my additions improve the article, I acquiesce to their judgment. I am only trying to help. LawyerGreg (talk) 20:36, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
