Overall, I feel like you are on the right track for your Wikipedia page. The three main things that I would work on this week are:

1. Adding citations. I can tell that you have done extensive research on your outcast, but I have no idea where any of the information is coming from. I also struggled with this, but once you start adding them it gets pretty easy (Wikipedia will usually automatically cite if you have a link to give it), and it's a lot easier to cite as you write instead of having to go back and figure out where you got the information from.
2. Continue adding to the parts where you have 'TBC' in the same style you have for the existing sections. You have a very neutral, clear, and engaging tone in the sections you have already written, you just need to continue to build upon your article!
3. Consider if the section on Dromomania is necessary. I see that there is already a Wiki page on this topic, so I'm just wondering whether or not you need to have a section on it in your outcast's page.
