Hi Laura! It's Raziye, we briefly spoke on Monday at the end of class but I didn't get a chance to introduce myself. I am a college freshman in the AMC (Advertising, Marketing, & Communications) major. I love being a part of the FIT community so far. The classes are all engaging, especially sociology. What I noticed was the topics discussed in one class, I am able to make connections to many of my other classes. I really feel like I have learned a lot my first month of college than I did my whole senior year in high school. I strive to learn more each day in order to pursue in my career. Although, I don't know what exactly I want to do once I graduate, I hope that during these four years I figure it out. I am excited to work with you and Jarrameel on this Wikipedia Project! Hi Class,
I thought I'd follow Jessie's lead by writing a little bit about myself. This semester is the beginning of my second year here at FIT in the Fashion Merchandising Management program, as well as my second year living in the U.S. I'm originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada so moving here last year was a huge change but it was definitely the best decision I've made in my life.
Three of my favorite things are food, fashion, and my friends.
