Hey! I think both sections are interesting and very much complement the topic. In terms of the tone, it's good. When you mention the high rates of anxiety, I think it would be appropriate to add a citation or a statistic (if possible, of course) on the mental health during that period. Also, maybe specify what Guajataca is, just for those that are not familiar with the geography of the island.

I haven't seen the full article but in terms of the healthcare sentences you could add it in the impact section since it talked about the blackout and what that implied to those whose lives depended on the electricity.
