Can I write your userpage? ラビット The Black Rabbit of Inlé(Talk) 18:21, 2 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Black Rabbit. You're certainly welcome to submit a draft for later consideration and approval. --Lanfranc (talk) 12:55, 6 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
Capital! I'm much glad that you are able to address me amicably despite the fact that I will inevitably usher your disenchanted soul into the next world. This is to your credit!
I'm thinking that your userpage should, first and foremost, highlight your sparkling wit and intellect, possibly through the medium of song. Perhaps a Malay paean might be the most logical place to start? Followed, obviously, by a traditional Irish jig, interpolated lyrically from the private notes of James Joyce. ラビット The Black Rabbit of Inlé(I think wikis bring out my playful side. Not that I have any other side, you understand)
(Halp. The timestamps of my signatures have all gone crazy.) ラビット The Black Rabbit of Inlé(Again)
Hmmm, yes. I think I see what your problem is. You have probably been trapped in the past without noticing it. We see that a lot this time of year. I suggest doing something really progressive to move you back in chronological synch with the rest of us. --Lanfranc (talk) 18:33, 7 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
:(
But I not want to be trapped in the past! I don't even remember what happened on the 26th of November!
I'm going to think aloud for a bit. Join in if you know the words.
This is obviously caused by my current reliance on Wikipedia's weird automatic timestamps (if you look at the source, they aren't actually there). It also seems to be taking the "00:02 26 November" part from one of these two edits: [1], [2]. Which is bizarre, to say the least. I have two theories (depending on which of those two edits is to blame) -- Either WP makes this timestamp by checking the last part of the edit (in which case it believes all my posts are from 00:02 26/11, because that was the first occurance of my signature, which ends all my posts), or it's something to do with that rabbit image. ラビット The Black Rabbit of Inlé(It's a detective show. You can be my sidekick.)
Part 2
Can I submit my first draft directly to your userpage? Obviously, you can delete it if you find it offensively nice. I was going to do it in Ottava Rima! ^_^ ラビット The Black Rabbit of Inlé(Verse. I does it.)
Well, if you look at the very first edit you made above, it has both the Nov. 26 and the proper date, so you must be doing something different between that one and the other ones. Or maybe you managed to break the wiki. I don't know. But if you can can actually write it in ottava rima, feel free to put whatever you like on my userpage. (Almost). --Lanfranc (talk) 00:07, 9 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
Well, that's because I originally signed in the normal way -- with four tildes, instead of three, which is what I use for this template of mine. However, I later replaced it with the template, and the annoying 26 November part soon appeared beside it.
And yes, I can write Ottava rima. I cannot reliably capitalise it, though. I plan to write at least thirty stanzas, devoted to many aspects of your person, including your love of antique clocks and your savage conquest of Ireland. ラビット The Black Rabbit of Inlé(Yay Ireland!)
As long as you don't mention that thing on Sicily. I'm not proud of it at all. --Lanfranc (talk) 00:55, 7 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

I'm terribly sorry. My cat seized control of my keyboard, navigated to your userpage, and stuck something on it. I guess she doesn't like red links very much...   Radioactive afikomen 05:40, 14 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I know how it is. Damn cats. --Lanfranc (talk) 17:46, 14 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

^_^ edit

I've put some userboxes on your page to assuage my poem-guilt. I hope you don't mind -- I tried to copy them from RW, but many of them had broken links. You can delete the teddy one if you really want. ラビット The Black Rabbit of Inlé(Also, I has a new signature. Please to admire and compliment me.) 06:30, 15 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
