I think it will be easier to compare the actual page at the moment and your writing together for easier understanding.
The writing would have worked better if the author addressed the Urban Village in more specific way (maybe in size, how they are defined or registered).
Having a small title for each paragraph when discussing different topic will increase the contents that you are trying to explain.
Final paragraph can be linked more coherently if it had a small title or how it can be related to the actual wiki page.

I like the topic a lot, which is a very different definition from the western concept of "urban village".
Also, I like the example given in the paper, because it shows the core problem of urban village in China.
However, I feel the definition paragraph of the article could be more articulated and separate form the main content.
Besides, the source could include multi media, which I feel is very necessary for this article.
