- Hi Yamla, LEE3Lithium's IP address is blocked for the reason "using open proxy". But I've checked his IP address and found it's not an open proxy. So please review the block of Special:Contributions/175.8.0.0/16. ----dqwyy (talk) from zhwiki 14:50, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
- zzuuzz would you mind reviewing the proxy block. This user doesn't qualify for IPBE on en.wiki in my view ( 8 edits here, and only ~100 globally), but if the range block isn't correct, might be worth adjusting.
