Request reason:
I appear to be blocked from editing due to my IPS being identified as a peer-to-peer proxy service. I have been a Wikipedia contributor under this account for years (here and other language versions of Wikipedia) and I am unaware of any wrongdoing. Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. Please also consider reading my previous unblock request above. * IP address: 195.168.204.10. * Internet Service Provider: SWAN, a.s. The IPS mentioned is a common household internet provider in my area and region of the Slovak Republic so I presume it has been wrongly identified as a proxy network for a lot of people around here other than me.
