I agree with your assessment about Political effects of Hurricane Katrina. There are a whole slew of articles that are nothing more than different ways for folks to grind an axe about what happened. I've done numerous edits on numerous articles that all have a tendency to say the same thing. Perhaps what is needed is a grand index of Hurricane Katrina stuff so that the wiki administrators can see just how much is the same, etc. Then maybe if the major editors of these articles are notified ....
