Request reason:

I am not a "sock puppet". I am a new user who signed on to address what I see as attempted biased edits on Adi Da page, in particular. But I've also made edits on other pages. All of my activity has been completely benign, respectful of Wiki. rules, and this is totally unwarranted.

Decline reason:

I choose to believe you. If you're a separate person but editing on behalf of another user, that's still a problem. See WP:MEAT for why this is problematic; if your friend or colleague wants to effect change in this article, she can do that that through Wikipedia's existing rules, and it is disruptive for her to recruit others to 'back her up.' It's unfortunate that you and your other friend were misled into thinking that this was acceptable. If you're ever interested in editing Wikipedia on your own behalf, please let us know. Interest in this topic is pretty selective. I was not 'recruited.' I agree with Tao2911's position in some cases, but was not recruited by this editor, if this is who you are referring to.
