You did a good job formatting the citations, but you may want to revise some of the wording in your text. Monuments are "erected" not "administered." Also, "along with this monument, a speech was given..." sounds awkward. Instead say, "At the unveiling of this monument, a speech was give..." Make these changes by Mar. 3.
