Soviet Union edit
Please stop. If you continue to delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Soviet Union, you will be blocked from editing.
Please, notice, that removing significant parts of pages, especially referenced information without rationale as you did here, is considered vandalism (see "Blanking" section there). For edits in such a style a user can be blocked. Cmapm 15:17, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
"From the mid-1930s, when the Omakaitse adherents gained power" is exactly the kind of sentence which indicates that neither its author, nor whoever takes it seriously, possesses even trivial knowledge about Estonian history. It simply does not make sense, as Omakaitse was created only in 1941. Konstantin Päts and other people close to him who gained power in the mid-1930s never even had a chance to become "Omakaitse adherents", as by 1941 the Soviets had either executed or deported them from Estonia. I have been following your recent Estonia-related edits, TheFEARGod, and without fear of any God can tell you that most of them do not qualify for much more than insults to intelligence. - I'm not the author of that sentence as you can find it here: [1] 2nd paragraph, 2nd line. You are right, I do not know what is Omakaitse, but I included that part because it was talking about anti-semitism.

Civility edit
Regarding this edit. Defacing somebody's userpage is usually consider vandalism please do not do it anymore. Barnstars are supposed to be reserve for the good faith praising of contributors not for the criticism. It is usually a good practice to offer barnstars on the talk pages so the user can later put them wherever he or she thinks is fit or do not accept it all. This is especially important if there is something controversial with the barnstar.
In future please take into account that vandalism over your opponent's user page rarely helps to advance your point of view. Happy editing Alex Bakharev 23:52, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

- If the verdict hails from Scotland, and there's no evidence of any disruption, shouldn't the principles of Justice demand avoiding any blocks at all? (Note that no claims of "mutual 3RR assistance" were made between 3 Löwi and Klamber, for example.) After all, the puppetry policy only bans disruptive puppetry. Digwuren 21:57, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks coelacan, for the advice. I shall follow it. I must admit though that I am rather puzzled, if not disappointed, about the lack of transparency in this whole process. Not only have I been blocked (which is arguably a temporary inconvenience), but the administrators have also deemed it necessary to claim on permanent record that I have been "abusing" Wikipedia (which is one of the most serious punishments to someone's Wiki-identity), yet where and how this "abusing" took place is a secret due to Wikipedia privacy policy. The real life equivalent to this would be being punished and having a criminal record for the rest of one's life without the right to know on what evidence the verdict and the punishment were based in the first place. Luckily, justice in real life, at least for the most of us in civilised countries, is pursued somewhat differently from Wikipedia... Cheers, --Klamber 13:18, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
- Coelacan is incorrect here. The privacy policy is clear on this: there is no block on releasing checkuser evidence to the affected people, i.e. yourself and 3 Löwi, if both of you request it together. Martintg 06:52, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

This arbitration case has been closed and the final decision is available at the link above. Among the principles passed was At wit's end which states that necessary measures must be adopted by the Arbitration Committee in cases where repeated attempts to stop disruptive disputes have failed. As a result of the case, both Digwuren and Petri Krohn are banned for one year. There has also been a general restriction to all editors working on topis related to Eastern Europe and a warning to all those who may, in the future, attempt to use Wikipedia as a battleground that they may be banned when the matter is reported to the Committee. Hello,
I noticed that you have listed yourself as a Wikipedian in London, so I thought you might like to come to one of our monthly social meetups. The next one is going to be on Sunday 10 August, which might well be rather short notice, but if you can't come this time, we try to have one every second Sunday of the month.
If you haven't been before, these meetups are mainly casual social events for Wikipedia enthusiasts in which we chat about Wikipedia and any other topics we fancy. It's a great way to meet some very keen Wikipedians, but we'd also love for you to come along if you're interested in finding out more about Wikipedia, other Wikimedia projects, or other collaborative wiki projects too.
The location is a pub that is quite quiet and family friendly on a Sunday lunchtime, so hopefully younger Wikipedians will also feel welcome and safe. Alcohol consumption is certainly not required!
Although the meetups are popular, many UK-based editors still don't know about them. It would be great to welcome some fresh faces, so I hope you can come along.

Clarification motion edit
