Could someone with access to army lists please check these dates. If the subject was promoted on 21 December 1804 to 2nd Lieutenant exactly how old was he when advanced to general in 1873, because by my calculations we are looking at 85 at the youngest. Giano 20:56, 10 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
