Final comments from class editor:

  • Tremendous work.
  • Could add more on demographics as well as Residential housing types (stand-alone homes, apartments, what is there?)

References at the bottom of this article should be incorporated as citations in the body of the article. 'Link Labels' in the Education section need to be properly coded. After briefly viewing one of the sources, it seems the following sentence might be considered a "close paraphrase"; consider revising: "Unlike the adjacent temperance-minded neighborhood of [Clintonville}, North Columbus had a history of saloons and speakeasies adorning the main thoroughfare of what is today High Street." Good photos! Great work so far!

  • Good History, but I feel like there could be more. What about after annexation?
  • Looking forward to see how you fill in the information on Residential and Commercial
  • How is it tied to the University District? There is some information there.
  • Notable Structures and Landmarks: There are several of these in the area

Keep it up!

Well-written

edit
  • Very well written so far.

Verifiable with no original research

edit
  • Very good sources.
  • Reliable Sources.

Broad in its coverage

edit
  • Try placing entertainment into bullet points. Looks bulkier, but helps the reader. Add a paragraph beforehand describing how it is a popular place for students from The Ohio State University
  • If you do this, focus on a few of the places. Its ok to say that The Blue Danube is known locally by Ohio State students as "The Blue Dube" or that Hounddogs Pizza is notable for the Hearse that they use to deliver pizza. These things add character to the place and the article.
  • Geography: I think more emphasis should be placed on its location within the University District, how it is know locally (generally as part of the "North Campus" area.

Neutral

edit
  • Very well written and neutral.

Stable

edit

Illustrated

edit
  • Very well done, and well illustrated.
