File copyright problem with File:Pooja Chopra.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Pooja Chopra.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

I looked at the image--the problem is, you're saying that the pictures are owned by Chopra, which I'll believe, but are you saying that you are Pooja Chopra? If not, you will need Chopra to prove that the pictures belong to her and that she is donating them to Wikipedia. There is a method for her to do this on WP:Donating copyrighted materials. If that isn't done, though, the images will likely be deleted. In other words, we can't just take your word on this matter, unless there is clear evidence showing these are public domain pictures (which they certainly do not appear to be). Note, for example, that even if this picture belongs to her, she has to explicitly state that the picture is in the public domain, or that they are at least CC-BY-SA licensed.
