Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for the 1891 photos. Please note the simplifying edits I have made. You are doing too much work! It is not general practice to include the sourcing, which is available by clicking on each image. Hertz1888 (talk) 02:43, 5 February 2012 (UTC) Thank you for the edits! Personally, I like your work, and I have included a welcome message above that hopefully will give you some clues about making things easier. There is an amount of complexity, and some who have been here for years, still cannot find bits. With references like newbostonfineandrarebooks.com, I wondered whether you had been introduced to the wonders of http:/www.archive.org/ which often has many of the older works available scanned. Also the sister wikisource: which is looking to reproduce many of those older works into a free library. :-) — billinghurst sDrewth 03:19, 5 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the tips. I will definitely look into wikisource and archive.org. I have 58 19th century Cambridge University images to add to appropriate places on Wikipedia in the coming days. Plus, as time goes on, countless fascinating 19th century historical images that would be appropriate and useful to illustrate wiki articles.Kimberlyblaker (talk) 04:01, 5 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
If you're into this sort of stuff, there's lots of nice old photos here. Not much 19th century, but a lot of early 20th. It's all in the public domain. No More Mr Nice Guy (talk) 05:49, 5 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Kimberlyblaker. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. LaMona (talk) 00:52, 8 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Families for Treatment of Serious Mental Illness

edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Families for Treatment of Serious Mental Illness, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://familiesfortreatmentofseriousmentalillness.org/.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of Families for Treatment of Serious Mental Illness

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Families for Treatment of Serious Mental Illness requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. —Largo Plazo (talk) 14:51, 23 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
