Great Start, but I see some issues:

• The City of Forest Park is in Cincinnati, NOT Columbus. Be careful about this - Most of your article is about the one in Cincinnati.
• Neutrality: This is the biggest issue so far. I'm sure this is a great place to live, but it sounds like your selling it. Don't do that. For example: Forest Park is an excellent example of a planned community INSTEAD it should read: Forest Park is a planned community located in Columbus, Ohio.
• There is already A LOT on Forest Park (HINT: It already has a Wikipedia Page)
• Lead Section: Check out the Lead Section guidelines to help you with this.
• Use Double-Brackets to link to outside articles (like I did above).
• Is 1961 after WWII? The traditional Baby-Boom suburbs where in the 1950's.
• Education: Name the schools; Enrollments; Location (all of this is Public Information).
• On Civic Assn: Be careful about Neutrality.
• Move Geography Up in the Sandbox
