Welcome!

Hello, Kidswishnetwork, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!--Mishae (talk) 20:18, 23 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

August 2013 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that the username you have chosen, "Kidswishnetwork", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of something other than yourself. Please note that you may not edit on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website which relates to the entity in question, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or accounts that are shared. If you are willing to use a personal account, please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our Conflict of interest guideline and Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. Trivialist (talk) 20:42, 23 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

We have no intention of editing any pages at all. The purpose of creating this account was to have a way to request changes to our organization's page. We have read the conflict of interest info, that is the reason for creating this account.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy. It also appears that your account is intended to be used for the purpose of telling the world about an organization or cause that you consider worthwhile. Unfortunately, many good causes are not sufficiently notable for their own Wikipedia article, and all users are discouraged from editing in any area where they have an inherent conflict of interest. You may wish to consider one of these alternative outlets.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.

Request reason:

Hello, we have no intention of editing any pages on Wikipedia. The sole purpose for creating this account with this username is so that we can have a voice to request any inaccurate edits to other volunteers on the talk page of our company. We felt it was necessary that we identify ourselves explicitly, via having our name in our username, so that it is transparent and obvious that we are accurately representing ourselves. Kidswishnetwork (talk) 17:00, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

By changing your name, using {{unblock-un}}, you may be able to edit articles here not relating to your company. But you may not edit on behalf of your company, nor may you solicit other editors to do so.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 19:28, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
