Well, to insert images, you need to upload them first. This is done from here.
Afterwards, go to the article you want and insert the following: [[Image:'''Name_of_the_image.Ext'''|thumb|'''"right" or "left"'''|'''Caption''']]
Replacing everything in bold with the appropriate info.

- Sorry for the very late reply; I had a problem with my talkpage and only noticed the message today.
- I took a look at the article and wikified it a bit. I don't think it will be deleted though.
