President-elect cannot nominate cabinet members

The president-elect cannot nominate cabinet members; he can only announce an intention to do so once he's sworn in a few weeks. But if you're willing to lie to readers about this without the courtesy of participating in the discussion in the article's Talk page then I suppose you can do so.
