Notes

Hi! I have some notes:

  • Be careful about tone. Some parts of this felt too casual, while others kind of felt a little bit like an essay at times.
  • You also want to make sure that while you're not oversimplifying things, that you're not making them too complicated either. For example, the term "aesthetical hermeneutic facticity" is kind of unclear. It would be better to put something like this in more plain terms. Remember - not every reader is going to be at the same reading level or be fully fluent in English. This looks to be most problematic with the Oscar Wilde section as it just seems to be more complicated than it needs to be.
  • Make sure that you're not creating new original research - we should only be summarizing the source material and cannot create our own conclusions and research.
  • Make sure that content is attributed and that when you're introducing someone for the first time in an article, you give their full name.
  • I've gone through and tightened up some of the writing here and there, but there is still need for some work.
  • The content in the comforting home and furniture section needed to go into different sections.

I've actually created a draft that put the content into the article - I placed it at User:Jessicahoward/sandbox. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 17:05, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
