Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Dhananjoy Chatterjee, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Dhananjoy Chatterjee. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Winged Blades of GodricOn leave 10:44, 23 August 2017 (UTC) Also, please take the time out to read why original research is prohibited, primary sources are seldom used and reliable sources are sought after fervently. In your massive reversion, you have violated all of the afore-said policies. And, finally avoid phrases like --This has been generated in consultation with Software Engineer of Wikimedia Foundation in your edit-summaries.That does not increase the value of your edit.Winged Blades of GodricOn leave 11:24, 23 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Dhananjoy Chatterjee shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. 331dot (talk) 11:57, 23 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

I would add that you should not attempt to out other users. Users generally do not have to reveal their identities unless they wish to. 331dot (talk) 12:02, 23 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Alex ShihTalk 12:57, 23 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
