Hello, KeepCup. An editor has expressed concerns about your editing, and asked me to look at it. Here are my observations on the issues involved. First of all, your user name suggests that you may be working on behalf of the company that you have written about. If that is so, then you have a conflict of interest, and Wikipedia's conflict of interest strongly discourages you from writing on your own company's product. Also Wikipedia accounts are for individuals, and must not be used to represent companies or other organisations. A username which appears to indicate that an account is used to represent a company is unacceptable. Secondly, the page you have written reads rather like an advertisement, rather than a detached, neutral account. In fact, one of the main reasons why the conflict of interest guideline discourages editing on subjects in which you have a personal involvement is that it is very difficult to avoid writing in promotional terms, even if you do not intend to do so. (And if you do intend to use Wikipedia to promote or advertise a product, then that is against Wikipedia policy.) Thirdly, I see no evidence that KeepCup satisfies Wikipedia's notability criteria. Essentially, the requirement is that the subject should have received substantial coverage in reliable sources independent of the subject, and I see no evidence that this is so, either in the article or in what I have found by searching myself. Your account could be blocked for violation of the username policy. You can avoid that by requesting a change of username at Wikipedia:Changing username/Simple. However, whatever username you use, you need to be aware of the conflict of interest guideline and the policy on use of Wikipedia for promotion, and not edit in ways that conflict with them. Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.
