You are confusing the (original?) story of Tripurasura in the Shiva Purana with what is in the Bhavishya Purana passage (see, e.g. this). The Shiva Purana is irrelevant here. And also, please do consult a Sanskrit dictionary for pisaca and paisaca. rudra (talk) 11:58, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
