Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Buddha Goraya. Firstly thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as yourself. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic one which we already have a page - :{article}. Your enthusiasm is fantastic, but unfortunately your article has been nominated for deletion in accordance with our policies. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we'd love for you to continue helping improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at :{article} - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, you may contest this deletion by adding hangon to the top of the article you created (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on Talk:Buddha Goraya explaining your position, although an administrator may still believe deletion to be necessary. Regardless, please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, as doing such often creates unnecessary confusion. If you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Hang in there and try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions.

Off course rules are there to abide. But as I told earlier i copied things due to my meager understanding about page creation. Further more i put a tag that this page is under construction. i will complete this in the coming week and it will not be blank or will not meet vandalism criteria. just give me some time i don't want to sabotage anything yet to make this page available for other people. i hope you understand.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Bgmap.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Bgmap.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding hangon to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ww2censor (talk) 05:17, 7 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Bgmap.JPG

A tag has been placed on File:Bgmap.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

File source problem with File:Buddhagoraya.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Buddhagoraya.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 05:24, 7 December 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 05:24, 7 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Its from Wikimappia.org, a print screen of satellite image. Dear i have given the reference for this file, if you have read the external link / References section you won't need to write this. Anyway the website is given below.

Possibly unfree File:Bgmap1.jpg

edit

Hello and thank you for your help with Wikipedia. Unfortunately File:Bgmap1.jpg which you uploaded came from Wikimapia. Although you might expect the name of that site to mean it has something to do with Wikipedia, that is not the case. And whereas Wikipedia is (nearly all) free content and reuseable, Wikimapia claims copyright on its content. Unfortunately that means we cannot use their maps here. Thanks again for your contributions. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to leave me a message on my talk page. Very best regards, Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:01, 21 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Postscript: I don't think File:Bgtopo.jpg should have been deleted. You are quite right there! I will undelete it. Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:06, 21 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Replaceable fair use File:Bgoraya.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Bgoraya.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

 1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add , without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
 2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 14:28, 5 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Better source request for File:Bgtoposheet.jpg

edit

Thanks for your upload to Wikipedia:

You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain, search engine, pinboard, aggregator, or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 10:28, 29 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
