I understand you're the webmaster, but copy/pasting current web pages is not what Wikipedia (an encyclopaedia) is about. If you think the event is notable enough for inclusion into Wikipedia then an article may be made which is not a copy/paste. Being that you're affiliated, any edits you make in regards to the event will imply a conflict of interest, which is to be avoided entirely. Further you must know about Wikipedia's policies on neutrality and verifiability (see policy links below):
