An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Siam tulip.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. To save you the way: The image was originally uploaded under the GFDL, a license that allows Wikipedia and others to reuse the image under certain fairly easy to meet conditions. You then removed the GFDL statement and added your copyright statement. On the other hand, the image page still claims the image to be in the public domain. For the most part, Wikipdia can only use free images (GFDL and PD are both free). If you want this beautiful picture to remain available on Wikipedia, you have to decide if you want to license it under a free license. If you release it into the public domain, you need to remove your copyright statement and declare this release, e.g. by using {{PD-self}} on the image page. If you want to license it under the GFDL, you can keep the copyright statement, but should add {{GFDL-self}}.
