Hello, and thank you for your contribution. 'agglomeration' is a word related to urbanization. Tamil Nadu is the most urbanized state and it is not best in agriculture, and Punjab takes the place. If you are confident and have citation, please add a line on the same and please don't alter the 'agglomeration' because its a fact and a citation is given.
