Donna Leon revised bio development page

This is the working draft to revise the existing biography of author Donna Leon. The intent is for this bio to replace (or be integrated with) the existing Wiki bio of the author.
Anyone who reads/views and wants to comment, add to, correct, or otherwise think that some additions, deletions, or other changes should be made/included can go ahead and make their comments/ideas known to me by editing this page.
Use a colon to add a comment to an existing topic, use a the "heading" drop down box to select a heading if you want to bring up a new topic or subject.
