Hi, and thank you for your contributions. Unfortunately, you made two mistakes which need to be fixed:

1. You uploaded a copyrighted logo to Wikimedia Commons. Commons cannot accept any copyrighted material.
   1. Solution: Re-upload the image, but this time, upload it directly to Wikipedia, not to Commons.
2. You did not provide any licensing info or fair use rationale.
   1. Solution: Examine a page like File:Pepsi_logo_2008.svg to see what is required on the description page of a non-free logo. You could basically copy and paste Pepsi's information over, then change the details to fit FCAHS instead.

Hi, sorry was my first edit and I followed the image upload directions from the help page, it sent me to the commons site upload, not the wikipedia upload. I see you re-uploaded it correctly, do I need to do anything to remove the image from commons?
