Jared, you're doing a great job! I only have a few suggestions:

• Make sure to wikilink medical terms to a relevant article. To link a word, simply place two square brackets around the word like so: [[word]]. Now, remember: this only works if the word is also the title of a Wikipedia article. If you're trying to link to something like impingement, the name of the article is Impingement syndrome. Thus, your link should look like this: [[Impingement_syndrome|impingement]]. The format is two open brackets, the name of the article, a pipe character ( | ), and then the text you would like your article to display. For more help, see Help:Links.
• Though leads are usually standard, I don't believe they are necessary in your articles. By a general rule of thumb, leads should be used if an article is longer than 500 words.
• For your adverse effects section, try writing it in a paragraph, rather than in a list of points.
