Runrig Singles

edit

Please don't make up categories when you create articles. You'll know which ones don't exist; they are red links. Please create the category first. Thanks. --Blowdart | talk 16:07, 21 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

And please don't simply place [[]] around phrases in the hope that you're correctly linking - Loch Lomond is a body of water, not a Runrig single. Ditto for "Wonderful" (DAB page, doesn't mention Runrig) and "Things That Are" (book) - just because an article exists doesn't mean it's the article you want it to be, and none of these articles are about Runrig singles. I've seen similar editing before, and for this and other reasons strongly believe you are a sock of an indefinitely blocked user or two. In re this edit, not only did you ignore a commented request to discuss at the talk page, you also changed the commented request. That borders on dishonesty or at least discards good faith in your edits and could certainly be considered disruptive editing. Please don't repeat such actions. Notability of Deirdre Davis

edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Deirdre Davis, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Deirdre Davis seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Deirdre Davis, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Scotland

edit

Hello Kristopher,

Please don't force your preferences on the Scotland article. You need to achieve the support of other users first. That's how Wikipedia works. Any changes you make are just wasting your own time - they will be reverted, you will be blocked, and ignored again if you reappear. --Jza84 |  Talk  17:38, 26 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
