Hi classmate, I review the proposed change you wrote about the article Droughts in California in your sandbox. I think the improvement you think of is very necessary. I agree that the lead is too short. So are many subsections that really need more information. Since you the stuffs you proposed you improve contain a large information, have you thought about looked for more references? Can't wait to see the article after your improvement.
