Speedy deletion nomination of Josh Alcock

A tag has been placed on Josh Alcock requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please do not write an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. Notability on Wikipedia

Hi Josh. I'm afraid that I have found it necessary to also delete your pages Charles Sandbach (Journalist) and Lancashire Times. The rationale behind this decision is that neither Josh Alcock, Charles Sandbach or the Lancashire times appear to be sufficiently notable for inclusion. In order to demonstrate notability, we require significant coverage in multiple, reliable, independent sources, and such coverage does not appear to be evident from these articles.

If you want to recreate these pages, please be aware that you will need to show such coverage, otherwise they will be deleted again. A good place to start is at Articles for creation, where you can submit drafts for review by other editors. However, I should add that the searches I performed prior to deleting the above pages did not turn up anything that would suffice; it may simply be that your publication and its staff do not meet the criteria for inclusion.
