2015 PTS timeline article

Thank you, although doing this article is too early and no storms have formed during this year yet (except for a TD but it doesn't count). The date me and the others planned are around May - June, just like last year. But thanks for replying me about helping and stuff. Why not help me on Tropical Storm Jangmi (2014)?
