JordanP, Hi there... I ran into a world of trouble with defining Secrets. The user BorgQueen locked my account and I was unable to correct my own WikiPedia error. Any idea how to communicate with BorgQueen, is that even a real user? Seems like WikiPedia is one trap right after another. Rationalism (politics)

I've added a few examples to this article, but I've found that because you're studying International Relations in the United States, Rationalism may not be known there, as my main reference, being a book for this article, is written and formulated in Australia.
